The Frugal Yankee in me says "how on earth can people let these cars deteriorate so badly?"

(altho' - his statement "leaving the country in a week" may be a clue)
 
Back in 1965, in Chicago, I had a $200 TR3 that was only 5 years old and looked like that TR6. Believe me, I had nothing to do with the way it looked.
