TR 4 - 6 Surrey top?

Found this today on Craigslist if someone is looking for a Surrey top.
I do not know the owner nor have not seen the top.

As this is one of the aftermarket versions, anyone considering it would do well to consult the archives as I recall much discussion of at least one source of these that were appearing on eBay at the time... i.e. that caveat emptor thing.

George: he has it advertized for use with a TR-6. I had one on my old 4A and now the 250. I don't believe they were offered as an option on the TR6, because there was a hardtop available. Will a surrey backlite fit a TR6 without modification?

No idea. Would seem like some modification would be needed.

Lee has a whole write up on installing the surrey onto the TR6. You do need to use some TR4 parts not a big deal really to do it.
