TR2/3/3A TR-3B Turn Signal Bulbs

A real simple question. Are the proper turn signal bulbs for a TR-3B the 1156 bulbs? If so, can they still be purchased at local auto parts stores? Thanks.

1156 would only be for the rear turn signals; the front combo turn/marker lights take 1157 (or 1157NA if you like amber).

Also, you can get about 25% more light by using 2396 rear and 2357 up front. The downside is that they don't last as long.
