TR2/3/3A TR 3A Passenger Seat Tilt Forward Bolts

Attached are a couple of pictures of the heavily worn bolts on the passenger seat pan. Those bolts hold the seat back on to the seat pan and allow the seat to tilt forward and allow access to the rear seat.
As I hope you can see they are very worn, but look as though they might be attached with a round threaded collar. At first I thought they were welded on but I don't think so. I really need to replace them so my question is, HOW?
Any experience to relate would be greatly appreciated!

The back attaches with chromed acorn nuts. The groove in the photo is from wear of the back swiveling and is not part where the nut threads to. You might be just fine leaving them as is.
 
If you have a welder, just fill it in and grind it down. Or maybe you could find someone to do that for a few bucks. As <span style="font-weight: bold">PeterK</span> mentioned, you don't need any threads in that area.

You could just leave it, but just don't let any big dude lean back on the seat! :jester:

Actually, the wear isn't too much deeper then the cut of the treads.
