TR5/TR250 TR-250/6 Brake Lines

Does anyone know of a source for pre-formed brake lines for the 250/6.

I need the lines from the master to the PDWA and from the PDWA to the system. In the photo below, these would be the (4) lines entering and leaving the PDWA.

Speak to Dave at TRF - he bends them for an extra $5 per pipe, if I understand correctly. You can get a full set pre-bent from classictube.com, but I don't know if they would sell partial sets.
