For info of all, top mounting plates for link pins to tie into are with holes inboard, NOT outboard!, easy to mirror image /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/frown.gif

zblu,i noticed your post here for a few days now,as for my self i dont understand the question im sure theres at least a couple of other folks out here that are willing and able to help but are probably scratching thier heads as well, if you could just be a bit more clear with your needs.

I'm guessing he's talking about the attachment plate for the anti-roll bar. The anti-roll bar link mounting hole goes to the inboard, not outboard side when bolted to the A arm/spring seat assembly. I don't think there is a question .. just a heads up .. don't do what I did type thing /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/blush.gif

Cheers,
John

Ah, I think I understand what’s going on. The triangular plate is asymmetrical, so the short side angles in towards the center of the car.

John Loftus and GregW - Correct, altho it wasnt me that fitted it up originally, it was only after the car transporter firm tore the bottom threaded sections of the link pins off and I was installing new ones that it became obvious that something was NOT correct!, had to spend some time checking measurements of torsion bar etc until the light came on!, turns a half hour job into a couple of hours though!

zblu, i see, its oh so crystal clear to me now! "i always do my best to see crystal as clearly as possible as she dances round that pole."-henny youngman. - thanks for the heads up, what did the transporter do? afix hold down hooks to them?

No, I think the aproach angle onto the transporter bed was too steep, causing the linkpins to snag on the back edge of the tray
