The transparent panels / windows in the Elan's top have suffered from UV exposure and are brown / yellow in colour.

Does anyone, preferably in the Houston area, have any positive experience with a company who can cut out and replace these panels, please?
 
Talk to boaters in the area, Roger. They will likely put you onto a good upholstery/canvas repair shop.

Replaced the yellowed panels - new ones look great.
 
A lot can be said for word of mouth trim shops. The best can be heard for a long way off. Also, trim shops that also do boats are usually have good work as the "sailors" are persnikety and the little sailors want cheap. Used to work as a Marine Tech.
