These are (supposedly!) actual headlines:

"Police Begin Campaign to Rund Down Jaywalkers"
(Isn't that taking things a bit too far?)

"Panda Mating Fails; Veterinarian Takes Over"
(What a guy!)

"Miners Refuse to Work After Death"

"Juvenile Court to Try Shooting Defendant"
(Guess that takes care of "innocent before proven guilty")

"War Dims Hope for Peace"
(I can see where it might have that effect.)

"If Strike Isn't Settled Quickly, It May Last Awhile"
(Ya think?)

"Cold Wave Linked to Temperatures"

"Red Tape Holds Up New Bridges"
(There IS something stronger than duct tape!)

"Man Struck By Lightning Faces Battery Charge"
(I bet he IS the battery charge!)

"New Study of Obesity Looks for Larger Test Group"

"Astronaut Takes Blame for Gas in Spacecraft"
(No more beans for HIM!)

"Hospitals Are Sued by 7 Foot Doctors"
(Guess the doorways aren't tall enough?)

"Typhoon Rips Through Cemetery; Hundreds Dead"

And maybe the top one:

"Is There a Ring Around Uranus?"

You joke, but I was in a used bookstore, and found the NASA document on nutrition in space, and this is actually one of the big concerns. I keep it in my kitchen with my cookbooks and like watching the guests that spot it.
