Will the frame from a 67 (MKII Midget) fit the MKI Midget (MKII Sprite)? It doesn't look different, but I don't know if the side curtain/roll-up window is affected with the later frame.
 
No- there are three basic types
Bugeye/MkII Sprite- interchangable for fit, MkII breaks in half the Bugeye doesn't.
MkIII Sprite- its own type, won't fit anything else
MkIV Sprite- all "fold down" cars '67-'79
The three types above will not fit one another
