A friend recently gave me this tool kit, saying that it was for a Jaguar. Can someone verify that and, if true, tell me which year/model Jag? Thanks.

Looks German to me-the fuses for sure. Are the wrenches made by Heyco and are in MM? Probably BMW.

Two of the three cylindrical fuses are Lucas; the third one has no interior paper label as the Lucas ones do, and the markings on the metal end are very hard to read.

The other two fuses - the olde-style white and red ones - have no brand name markings at all; at least none I can find with a magnifying glass.

Three of the six wrenches are labeled HEYCO, and all are labeled WEST GERMANY. Three of the wrenches are metric and three are SAE.

The tire pressure gauge is marked MADE IN ENGLAND.

Looks like the one that came with my 1986 XJ6

XJ40 1988-90 with plastic case. XJ6-12 68-87 were in a rolled bag, same with XJS. Looked again and saw metric so might be pre-Ford 92-96.

That's what I remember. Bulbs are not from the 92 thru the Ford era on. Definitely not now.!:emmersed:
