TR6 Took my TR6 to the drag strip

I'm curious, how do you know that your turbo bearings were starting to fail? Usually the only indication is the horrid sound of the impeller hitting the intake scroll!

TRED, is the high pitched sound in the video the bearings complaining?

BTW, that is a great video. You seem to have a pretty good setup. It looks like it slips just enough and then engages for a great ride. Much more bite and the front would probably be coming up.

Just wondering if the corners of your smile slide around to your ears when that happens? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Well after looking at the turbo the wheels are still intact but the compressor wheel was just starting to tap the housing. I could hear a lighr metal tinging right after the pass on the strip and shut the motor down.
 
U've prolly gone through this before on here, but what are you running in that thing? Thats very cool.
