Got the B out and on the road today. I am so glad we didn't have to sell her. So much little stuff left to do and now with spring around the corner...That felt good! Looking forward to our first "top down" drive.

Stay tuned...the Robins came in about two weeks ago, the Eastern Redbud in my front yard is covered in buds and that can only mean....Spring is near. The season for LBC's is almost upon us! Woo-Hoo!!!! :driving:

hurray - I need to get in the garage and start the projects

I'm with you.. what a great day for a drive. Went with BillM (who was constantly in demand), Brian (who drove up from Olympia), Rich and Susan Ball, and Jean from DesMoines, WA (who has an outstanding, sparkly reddish/orange Sprite with matching tool bag). We went for a great drive down a nicely twisted route into and through some small towns here in WA. Great drive, great friends, great cars!

I was shoveling last weeks blizzard to get out the bimmer. The MG is still burried. We're due for more on Monday. ARGH!!!! Had a good day in the garage though.

I've been hearing birds outside my window as of late. I can hardly wait for the weather to warm up and let me get some driving done!

From Southeast Ohio, I haven't had to use the snowblower for a few days, and the temperature has moderated somewhat. Friday's brilliant sunshine took care of all the icicles on the south side of the house, and yesterday the thaw continued. The precipitation forecast for the first part of this week is mostly rain which will hopefully begin the process of cleaning off the roads.

One of my favorite presents from last Christmas was a softcover book entitled: "Motorcycling Across Ohio, A Guide" by William Murphy. The author has several day trips set out that uses roads less taken, that cover different parts of the state. I don't own a motorcycle, but roads good for motorcycling should also be favorable to our Little British Cars. I hope to take at least a couple of the trips this year.

I hope that our weather continues to moderate, and that March (begins a week from tomorrow) allows us get out our cars and enjoy them.

Jerry

Temps here today should be in the low fifties and SUNNY and my local LBC club (Shenandoah Valley Brit Car Club) will have a few folks meeting for a drive around Albemarle Co. twisty roads.

I can't wait. And, the organizer said he'd buy a beer for anyone who does the tour with the top down! Sounds like I'm gonna get a free beer!

Free beer, top down, MG: what could be better??? :yesnod:

We had a break in the weather today.Got the GT out for
a short drive. Can't wait to take a long drive.
