Took the "M" car up to Eagle Rock this morning - Interstate 81 was closed
(all lanes, according to the information billboard). We went up highway 220,and
it was also closed down, due to another accident.
We took a back road to Eagle rock, following a small suv on a winding back-
road. The driver took up part of both lanes,& was driving really slow. When we got
back on 220,the driver went speeding up,then turned off about 1/4 mile later.
We saw this old panel truck just East of Eagle Rock,& this pedestrian bridge
was originally a covered bridge,at the North end of Buchanon,VA.
