If the weather holds, I hope to have the interior done before long. Engine/transmission installation will be later.
 
Better get some duct tape, etc, over those exhaust ports to keep he humidity out.

Just a photo session - engine is properly sealed and wrapped in plastic.

I'm really wishing I was futher along with this. Really want to have it done and sorted by the V8 show. Will be there one way or the other!

Quaint device for inducing fuel into V potted engines. Called a "double-pumper" carburetor. Nearly extinct, methinks.

Don't need no hotel - we have a cabin! Townsend is where we plan to retire, and have a small cabin there.

Thanks, Doug. Once the aluminum pulleys and the headers are on, it should be pretty sharp. Hard to see from the picture, but the valve covers are done in wrinkle finish. They came out great!
