tonneau or not tonneau

Offline
when fitted the tonneau on my 63 bj7,has a sawn on flap running side to side centered over the passenger seat that has two flat type snaps in it,its 12" long and 2-1/2" wide that just sits there,no through hole into the cockpit,it also has one each side over the backs of the the passenger seats slightly outboard running four and aft,two snaps each 5" long with a rectangular hole cut into the tonneau, what are these for?car never had a roll bar, though i dont know how one could pass it through!ive never seen this befor, and yes it was all pro-done.tonneau or not tonneau, that is my question /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif

For the ejector seat? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ooo.gif
Switch is there right under the top of the gearshift knob.

Two small ones are for the seat belt to go through. I bought Moss detachables that can be quickly fitted through those holes so you can drive with the cover on the back half and quickly close the front when you leave your car. The longer flaps are to attach the cover behind the seat to the wall via the snaps and posts then using the cover while driving.
