This is an issue I've been harping on for years. Between tire age and checking inflation pressures I think people are their own worst enemies.
 
Golly. Guess I better check the dates on the '87 Bonneville, they may not have been new when they put 'em on the car!
 
I check my dates on the MGB earlier this summer. All were made in 2004 so I good, for now. I check pressure on all 5 tires on all 4 cars religously. The MGB with wires and tubes holds air better than some of the modern cars!
