In the U.S. your only real choice in a DOT rated tire that size will be the Yokahama A008. TireRack.com shows them for $88 but it also says they are on backorder. I'd call and ask how long before they are available. Seven carries them and ironically shows they are currently on sale for $79... again, I'd call to see if they are really in stock.

Not sure about the whitewalls but Cooper S reverse steelies with chrome caps are the cats meow.
