My brother was working there in sales at the time (I was in the shop). His description of that particular salesperson: "Every day is their first day."

FWIW, he is the one who refuted the allegations and wouldn't let that person take the blame for the incident. I'm inclined to believe him (he almost never defended that person otherwise), but the story is just too good!
