I have a steering rack installed on my 59 Bugeye restoration "the Primrose Princess". The issue is the tie rods. The standard tie rod appears to be 1/2 in diameter. My tie rod is 5/8 in diameter. The rack is in like new condition so I don't want to buy a new one. Any guidance on where to get a tie rod ends that have a 5/8" diameter?
 
Moss lists in their on-line catalog both 1/2” and 5/8” tie rod end jam nuts so logic tells me they probably also sell both size tie rod ends to go with them, although their tie rod end descriptions do not specify the sizes.
