throw-out bearing

Thanx guys! My problelm may be that I ordered the clutch kit thinking I had a 1098 and then found out I had a 1275. I don't know if there is a difference--the new one looked like the old one--but it would'nt show if it was just a few thousands diff. I'm looking at all possibilities because I don't want to pull this engine too many more times. It's really fun and all but I'm getting tired of working on it and not driving it! Thanx again john.

Primearly, and I agree, makeing adjustments to the rod length is a workaround to preclude pulling the engine again. Sigh. Yep. when engine is out it is time to double and triple check all the components for appropiate fit.

Untill then adjust the rod and get it on the road, it is summer you know.
