This morning my son's fiance, who suffers from Epilepsy, was visiting. While in the bathroom she suffered a massive seizure, we think due to a change in her medication. I literally thought she was dying in front of my eyes. The seizure lasted a good 3 or 4 minutes and when it was over, it took her 10-15 minutes to become "normal" again. She split her lip when she hit the bathroom floor.

Thus, you can imagine my anger when I saw this story:

If they catch these pieces of human debris, I hope the throw them in jail and loose the key! If I got my hands on them I'm be in jail.

There is no explanation for people who find their fun and humor in malicious and evil attacks on other people. This is no different than the gangs of kids who we read about attacking joggers in Central Park.
I fail to understand getting your jollies from hurting others.
 
Well, your response is ummm... normal.

Hoping she didn't need stitches. Keep YOUR kids safe. Be careful of medicos who make "changes" in 'scripts and you must WAIT for effects before deeming 'em "proper"...

My acceptance of the "superior knowledge" of medicos is tempered by such experiences:

Approximately 275,000 people die every year from misdiagnosed or misprescribed medications. That is the approximate equivalent of a 747 full of people crashing at OHare airport everyday for a year. Do you think THAT would make the news?? Don't get me going on the medical topic!

We won't - not the purpose of my thread anyway. The purpose of my thread is discussing the pieces of dirt who would intentionally try to evoke epileptic seizures in people "for kicks."

Yours truly suffers from photosensitive epilepsy-
I cannot tolerate white strobe lights but for a few seconds.
What a low life thing to do for kicks. I find no humor.

This recent attack by internet thugs is beyond the pale.
Somehow the FBI computer teams must be able to locates these
slimes. They belong on a cell row with the pedophyles.
Then let the other cons deal out prison justice and quickly.

I hope you future daughter-in-law is on the mend.

I TOTALLY AGREE, Basil!! Catch them, castrate them (so they cannot reproduce their shallow end of the gene pool) and THROW AWAY THE KEY!!!
 
If you throw away the key, there is a chance it could be found....melt it, grind it up, something like that!

Anyone read the recent story about the young man who was robbed while he was having a seizure?

I guess that I'm too trusting - I can't
believe that someone would stoop that low.
Kind of like the lowlifes who rob people's
homes while they're attending a funeral.
