So I ordered a couple of Swiss Army knives (The Huntsman) from Victorinox as Christmas presents for my son and DIL. I ordered both knives to be personalized with my son and DIL's names on them. The knife I ordered for my son was fine and had his name embossed on it as ordered. However, the knife for my DIL didn't have her name on it, it had the name "Cooper."

I called Victorinox customer service and they were very good about assuring me they would emboss another knife and ship it our right away (they just wanted me to take a picture of the incorrectly embossed knife, along with the invoice)= and email it to them.)

I asked the lady how should I send the incorrect knife back, and she said not to worry about it - I could just keep it and they would send out another for whoever "Cooper" is.

So, now I have my own really nice Swiss Army knife, but is just says Cooper on the side.

Find someone with a Mini Cooper and tell them it was a rare factory accessory.

Price and Waterhouse probably got their knife.

As an aside, at our church years ago, we ordered an anniversary cake from Costco. When we opened it it said 'Happy Birthday Walter.' (Pretty sure Walter wasn't happy to be as many years old as the church was that year) :D
