Threadlock

Hello Winston,
why do you want to use it, to seal a leak or to prevent the union vibrating loose?

I see no need for threadlock here -- never had one loosen. I do use a bit of teflon tape on the threads just 'cause the metals involved are different and soft (brass & pot metal). The seal is actually made by the olive compression fitting, the teflon tape just helps the connection go together & come apart easily.

Just wonderin about the pro's and con's of using threadlock on the flow/in out lines on the fuel pump. I'm guessing the petroleum distillate would probably make the product useless.
Anybody tried this?
