Went to a funeral today. Graveside service for a hometown guy. Got a real shock when I read some of the tombstones - all people I knew, some a bit older than me, some younger. Guys and gals I grew up with. And some of the mourners - who are all these old people? I hardly recognized some of them. Enjoy every day guys (and gals) - it goes faster each year, believe me.

know how you feel, about 30% of my high school class is gone already and many others are in that declining health stage, and we're all just early 60s. I feel fortunate that other than bum knees from youthful sports injuries I'm still reasonably healthy and getting around. but I dread the "Did you hear about" that I get more often now.
