This was my Sunday...

:driving: Left the house around 11:00, returned home at 5:00-5:30. Jaunt included breakfast burrito at Sonic, cheeseburger at Mickey D's and a DQ at DQ. Went as far east as Moriarty and west as Albuquerque. Now don't laugh - Agatha got a special parking spot in front of Sandia Casino and Resort. We came home with $40.00 more than we walked in with. When I said I'd valet park, there were no takers (all under 30) and I wasn't allowed to valet park so she got to stay right in front with movable stantions around her. I don't know why I always forget about my camera function in my Blackberry as it would have made a great photo. Yes I did tip the young man that set up my parking spot. I was only there about an 1 1/2 hours.

I hope your Sunday was as much fun as mine. To all my east coast friends, stay safe. All you can do is ride it out.

It's ironic, I have Florida friends that went to New York City for a special vacation and they probably won't get their flight out (already 4 hours delay and holding). Somelhow not being able to get to Florida because of a hurricane in the Northeast just doesn't seem fitting.

Re: This was my Sunday...

I was in NY this weekend for a family function and my brother was up from Florida. He was supposed to go back today, but his flight has been cancelled until at least Wednesday. By the way, my brothers name happens to be Sandy.

 Now that's funny. Not to your brother though, I'm sure.
