In the last couple of weeks we've had many days in the
mid 70's here.It doesn't even get that hot most of Summer.

We've already had snow, so yes, it's October.

We've had snow here as well (New Mexico). Very chilly yesterday and very windy. Very chilly today as well. People having to wear three layers at the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta.

Taking my niece and her friend to the beach tomorrow

70 here too Doug - nicer than the beginning of the summer

We're enjoying the fall colours at Watkins Glen (racing too!). Perfect day here.....had some free time this afternoon between races, so we just went on a wine tour around Seneca Lake. :smile-new:

Crazy weather in the D.C. area. Last week this time, it almost hit 90 degrees. We had one or two good days, and then it started raining on Wednesday and won't stop until Sunday. We'll get close to 5 inches of rain before all is said and done. Good thing I took the Sprite out for some exercise before the rains started!

It's worse up here in central PA; we've already had 7 inches of rain with more on the way. LOTS of flooding here :(

It finally stopped raining down here. Mebbe I can now work outside.

I lived in Montana for several years back in the 70's. This time of year we often had very nice weather with unseasonably warm temps. It was called INDIAN SUMMER and was a pretty regular (and welcomed) occurrence. Here in NM we had frost on our cars this morning.

sigh.... looks wonderful!
