This is just not right.

All it seemingly needs is a nice interior and a different front end, heh.

How do they know it is a LSD and not a welded rear end?

Fred is right, a mutt from two pedigrees.
My wheels spin under hard acceleration, and don't have LSD.
The back end, where the bumpers have been removed is quite ugly, didn't do a good job covering up the 6 big holes.
Not sure if anyone scrolled all the way down to the pic of their showroom....yummy.

Try turning the steering wheel and pushing the car. It becomes very obvious very quickly whether or not the rear end is locked (welded).

At low speeds, one of the rear tires (usually inside) will skip/slide as it must take into account the different distances traveled by the two tires. Believe me, it is obvious very quickly and the seller would be fool to either not know it, or not report it.

I've considered putting a Bugeye front end on my Midget race car (legal) but it just would not seem right.

At least he used a plastic front end. Gota admit though that it does not feel right at all. Rear end feels heavy and thick.

Latches appear to be those of a <SHUDDER> Triumph... Spit, GT6 or Herald.

I'd probably like it better if I didn't know what is was supposed to look like. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/devilgrin.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif

But, I do wish MG had used the flip front on the Midgets!
