this could be the last day

Winter storm her is just winding down, got about 1 foot so far (today). TR is now snowed till mud season.

Let the wrenching begin!

Got a little snow and a whole Lot of ice. All the trees looked real purty this morning while watching everyone go sideways. Unfortunately, the sanding trucks put enough rock down to more than likely ruin my annual Christmas day run. One can only hope it'll rain and wash the gravel away? Otherwise, it's time to put her up on stands for the winter.

I went to the shop today to drop off the oil pan. I now have working brakes and the pan will go on tomorrow along with the exhaust. I'm hoping for clearing and a warm day to dry up the roads from salt so that I can bring her home by Friday.

Then the cover goes on until it's nice out again.

We are supposed to see the high 60's today on the front range of Colorado. /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif

Its cold here, in the lower 30's.
I guess we wont be cruisin with the top down for a few months.

Gives me a chance to tidy up some of the problem areas
cosmetic and otherwise.

This weekend I'm gunna get under the car and grease all the fittings, change the oil & antifreeze. Try to winterize the car for the cold months ahead.

The boy and his toy, in the bubble. Or will you deflate it first? It looks like there is room to raise the hood with it inflated.

Reminds me of the Seinfeld Boy in the bubble episode.

But when your car's in a bubble, how do you slide in the seats just to get the smell of a lbc to keep you through the winter months?

He runs a hose from inside the car to his home office so he can pipe it in on demand.

LOL!!!! /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/banana.gif

It zips and unzips very easily!

So I can always sit in it and go Varrrooooom!

(it does kinda remind me of the movie "ET")
