Looks photo-shopped to me.
 
I have faith, but look closely at the series of photos... the little white boat tied up along side of the red boat "comes and goes".
Look closely at the 4th photo from the top... the white van appears to be under the tow-truck. Now see the next consecutive photo... the white van is being hoisted out with the tow-truck still in the water... how did they get it out from underneath?
Not buying it!

Look at the guy in the white T shirt in the 4th pic
Now look at him in the last pic.
Pretty stationary if you ask me

I think it's legit up to the last photo. the green crane never went in.. It's the same photo as 3 before it with the green crane added in from the hpoto 2 above it.
I can see the little white car on a roll-back truck in the pic of the green crane lifting the red crane out. Everything lines up there. not sure how the little car didn't wind up under the red crane.
