It is incredibly naive to think that there is no chance for many other intelligent life forms to exist elsewhere in the known universe,let alone in our own Milky Way galaxy.
In this case though, a very well done video has been put together that continues to fool people on the internet. Just go to latimes.com and type in "Haiti UFOs" for the story by David Sarno of the Los Angeles Times on August 22, 2007 wherein he exposes this great SciFi video as a deliberate hoax.
The creator of the cool video explains why he made it and offers a new video filmed on a Paris street using the small RC craft he built for the hoax and being controlled by a little old lady to add a touch of humor to the "Proof" video. The original video is also available in the article.
EDIT: After re-reading the article myself, it appears that the smaller version UFO is just another computer graphics video he made to look like the lady is flying it. Either way, the proof of the hoax is there.
