Man, I don't know,
but the gal at Ecology Auto Wrecking just
called me and in a hushed voice, said
Hey just gotta let you know, we got
2 mgbs in, and we just pulled one out on the line.
THought you might like to know that.

THEN another guy, a stranger, gives me a
call and said, "I got your number from a friend,
my house was just forclosed on and I have to
get this 78 MB out of there, if you want it,
Just come and get it, it has to be out of there by
the end of this week"

This is a quality problem guys, I have nowhere to
put that one, and I am going to have to go out to
the wrecking yard just to take a look at the other one.

I wonder just how far I can push the envelope on this one.

Some people would pay extra for the silent treatment.

You just need a bigger place in the country, with a larger barn. Lots of space to store junk.

Rental storage until you can gradually introduce them to the home?

Any chance a high school or the college up there might take one or two in for temporary "instructional" purposes?

I feel your pain. I got a call today from Hap about 3 MGBs for sale. One is home now and I will get another one tomorrow. 2 overdrives with the deal really made it nice. The 3rd car will have to wait till next week to be drug home. Also got a box of MGTD bits with it. Bob

Went to the wrecking yard, It was a 1974 1/2.
It was sad, if Icould have got to the previous owner
before he did this, I could have saved this one
because here in California, we don't have to smog
75 and earlier.

Got what I could, the SU's were gone, but I got all the
gauges, and it had nice seats. Has a new exhaust system,
might go back for that. Got the steering wheel and
the ignition switch. Also has brand new tires on it,
might go back for those.............

Then there is the one over at the forclosure. Got that
one last night, a 1978, custom wheels and a rollbar.
I thought it was worth the price of the wheels myself.
It had to dissapear by last night or the realtor was sending
it to metal salvage. Towed it over to my friends last night.

Yeah, she is talking to me sometimes,
I have been enjoying the peace and quite.
