Actually sounds better than "good".

...'specially th' part where ya have GARAGE space.

Thanks.

Most new homes are built on postage stamp lots in recent years. But back in the day it was pretty common to have single family homes on large lots. Especially in rural communities (note didn’t say burbs) like this one.

But yes it's a very horse friendly community. Besides the horse trails that run though out the community they’ve got a couple equestrian centers. Anything from Barrel Racing for all those would be Rodeo Princess like my daughter Jordan, all the way up to Grand Prix (English Saddle) Hunter Jumper stuff.

So now ya gotta find a Fiat Dino?!?

:winner1:

Yah!!!!

Good for you Bret.
Love the part about the garage.

Hope you remember the little folks at BCF

hehehehe...that front yard looks like a perfect place for a GarageMahal!! Beautiful home...congrats!!

Large 2-car garage -- that's all I needed to rear, really.

Good luck on the rest of the process. May it move swiftly and smoothly for you.

I know I still have a long way to go before the keys are in my hand because a lot of trees have to sacrifice their lives (paperwork!) to the many deities of escrow, but it's hard not to get too excited about this.

Anyway not that it’s a snafu – but the real estate agent for the seller told us that the bank will be asking for closure by the 25th of this month. Not that I wouldn’t give it the old Marine Corps try on my part (I WANT the house after all), but I told them to tell the bank that I will NOT accept any penalties on my part.

See it kind of annoys me that we make a good faith offer and have to wait on pins & needles for weeks for the Bank finally get around to making up their minds. Then they come back & demand a 3 week closure and want to impose a penalty on the buyer (up to $100 day) for every day the process is delayed. I thing that’s a load of crap and won’t have anything to do with it.

Nice looking place. Keep those photos in mind as you go through the next few weeks. Once the keys are in hand, the pain of the transaction does lessen...

Not a lot of mowing to do. More time with the car!

Man, you done good. Looks like a great place to come home to.
