Oh, just some barely "on topic" observations:

a) This Forum is the "stuff." This is it. The Ten Million Dollar Chandelier (sorry Olbermann).

b) In the Triumph forum, we're up to nearly 250,000 posts. I remember a friend 35 years ago telling me to get an MG. He said Triumphs will all be in wrecking yards in five years.

c) While our Forum was temporarily down, I saw some amusing posts on another Forum commenting on ours. If they only knew. There's no better place than right here. Advice, technical know-how, some friendly squabbles, some jokes and a place to find peace each day.

. . . . . back to getting ready for the Holidays.

Well, have to admit that I went into withdrawal......... TWICE.......... but very happy to see this Forum back up and running. Thankyou Basil for all your hard work.

Oh, they know.

They just don't have a Triumph!

But then, neither do I.

Why thanks, Bill! When can I expect delivery of your most generous gift? :jester:

Mickey, if we had only known, we could have pitched in and bought you this prime example :

Gee, you guys are MUCH too kind!

...Or buff off...

Mickey I know of a TR2 and a TR3 for sale near here. As for the forum I agree this is one of the best car forums out there. Certainly the best for British sports cars.

Thanks, Walter, but I'm going to have to be content with the two toys I have for the duration!
