.....and this 1972 Mallard Green MGB now resides along side of my two MGCs, the GT, and my 78 MGB.
I've known this car since 1990; the owner came into the pharmacy last month advising that he was "about ready to let it go". I knew it would be mine at that time.
The car is a survivor with original paint and interior. The engine has been replaced with another unit, but runs strong. The odometer shows about 90,000 miles. The floors and sills are solid with no rust. There is one small ding on the left rear wing. The paint is tired as is the interior.....but they are both very presentable.
I got it for a good price....it will get licensed and titled tomorrow when the DMV opens.
State Farm standard insurance policy with a declared value of $7000 ran me $270/year.
