The secret love child of a Mini and a Nash!

Cool and close by, I am curious what that will go for?

It says it's front wheel drive.

Can that be right?

Friction driven by a hamster wheel?

Accurate description - front wheel (singular) drive.....

The 875 had a rear-mounted Hillman Imp engine/transmission.

I saw a Bond Minicar fall over once, going too fast down a hill with a hard right at the bottom. Too much lock (humongous understeerer) and it fell over the front wheel! Quite comical, really.

kinda weird (errie-ish) without the front wheels on the corners.

Same seller also has a Bond 875, and it is listed as rear drive. Was Morgan the only one to get the 3-wheel concept right??

In a word,...YES!! It is amazing how the stability of a triangular chassis is affected by its direction of travel! Morgan got it right, Bond and Reliant got it backwards!! The stability of two steering wheels and one driven wheel is just lightyears ahead of the one front wheel and two rear wheels, regardless of if the front wheel is driven or not! The fun factor of having one wheel at the back drifting is also not to be overlooked!

Yes, the engine mounts above the front wheel.

Well on some of them you could start the engine running backwards for reverse. Then you had 3 or 4 speeds in reverse with rear wheel steering. Of course the driver would be looking out the rear window

I almost wanna bid on that. That is one weird car.

I believe Mr. Beans nemasis is a Reliant Robin.

Well, there's the T-rex (kawasaki powered trike). Harley built one in the 80's with 2 front wheels. But, no - nothing compares to the history and aesthetics of the Aero super sport!!!!

Put a post up a while ago on them springs you was lookin for eschneider, they was on a light boat trailer sailer
