We would always stop at the Fancy Gap deli when taking the kids to or from college (Clemson) from Baltimore. Great sandwiches.

If you traveled through Fancy Gap on your way to and from Clemson and Baltimore, you definitely went out of your way to take the scenic route vs. pounding the pavement on I-85 & I-95.
