Saw this menu as I walked by a restaurant.
It looks delicious but I’ll pass.
Wonder if it tastes like chicken?

I grew up eating paarden gerookt vlees. Smoked Horse meat on sandwiches. Not often but regularly. Dutch parents - doesn't taste like chicken. :ROFLMAO:

(probably more like venison)

I couldn’t bring myself to try smoked horse. It would be like eating Bonnie and Clydesdale.

Quite a selection of horse on that menu, including colt. What, a horse equivalent to veal? My beyond burger is looking better by the moment.
