After months of debating, the huge shop clean out has begun. It was too hot this summer to start earlier and I'm pretty banged up so now is the time. The VW parts that are the least bit suspect in the recycler pile, known good stuff in the garage sale pile. I've listed the cars (VWs) all over Craigslist from here to NY. Amazingly I have two guys from the great frozen North really interested in a couple of the oldest ones. I've listed 2 of the Bs closer to home and not much interest. The B parts pile is getting huge and boxing stuff every day. If I can't sell them for something they'll join the recycler pile. I have so many engines and transmissions that they get in the way and my interest in working on this stuff is at an all time low. I've put ads on sites asking for anyone close to come by and look at this stuff and make an offer..so far zip. Tomorrow I'm going to Dallas for a few days to an Air Force Squadron reunion and wile there will search out a few foreign car freaks and hope for the best...may even offer to help them haul it off. When I get offers its usually so low its an insult...like 2-300 dollars for a brand new Heritage B hood. I'm not trying to get rich...just recoup a small percentage of what I have in this pile...Give a shout..may find a treasure or two..

I thought you already did this or is this just the stuff that's left?
