The dip switch is a perfect dead pedal, so there is no need to make one.

I did something similar on my last build, and I'm replicating it on my current build. The dead pedal is where the dip switch was and the dip switch is moved to where the OD switch was.... Jaguar has a nice bezel that makes the change look just right.
