My ex-wife started a lot of conversations that way.
At work I had a colleague who would drone on and on about random stuff. Usually nothing to do with what was being done so I learned to tune him out so I could concentrate.
When I got home my wife would sometimes remind me that She was not Bob.
I must have been tuning her out.

Just heard a routine about a man whose wife was angry with him over a dream she'd had:
"I had this dream where I was being chased by a grizzly bear, it wanted to eat me!"
Husband says : "So why are you angry with ME?!?"
She responded with: "You stood by and didn't DO anything about it!!"
