That's a fantastic car, hope the sale goes well for you.

I laugh now every time I see another Spridget for sale with that paint scheme. You made quite the splash with that car.

Based on the success of John Felt's Ladybug Project last week @ 25k, and nicely restored White BE that went for 22k Asking Price on E-Bay last week, and a Red BE with a nice paint job, nothing special 948 but a really nice paint job but lacking in the details(Is this what I think it is? thread) that sold last night for 26K - Unbelievable.

Dom based on current market you stand to do well. The prices this Spring for BE's are on the rise. Good luck with your sale.

Certainly business comes before pleasure .But we will miss you and that familiar little car at the car shows--Keoke

More BE's with $20k+ prices on eBay. Guys prices for BE's this Spring continue to climb. A good thing that I keep showing my wife. Eventually Bugsy II will be in pristine condition and I will be able to enjoy driving him again. Dom good luck with your auction.

Car did not meet reserve at $23,600 today.

Very true but I can't wait to see his completed 100M replica - There Will Be Whitewalls.....

Keep in mind, a $24K Bugeye isn't going to be the easiest thing to sell, so it might take a few cycles to do it. Or, maybe it really should be sold at an auction, where people who appreciate it will be among the bidders.

I often see people trying to sell $80K cars on Craigslist. Craigslist is largely for bottom feeders, not for high-end merchandise. When you sell something, you have to consider the venue, and whether it will attract the people who will be potentially interested and able to buy it. In this case, eBay is a possibility, but probably not the best choice. So, if it is to be sold on eBay, don't be surprised if it takes a few tries.
