Hey Morris, I thought you had a '79. How'd you get filler under thew tailight?

It's a photography trick. My tail lights are hanging in mid air.

I keep thinking about making a piece to fill under the lights, but the mid-air look has grown on me so much, that I have hard time getting motivated.

Oh, I see it now. It looked like the seam.

Dude, go get two turn down exhast tips and split them down the middle. ( make a top and bottom piece.) The top piece should be the right shape to fill that area in. It will look like a bumperete.

That sounds kinda cool... can you post a link to a picture of the exhaust tip you are talking about?

They way they are pictured, you would cut down the center from top to bottom, and make it into a left and right piece. The piece on the right is the one you would want. The end that the pipe goes into would butt up to the tailight and the curved bottom end would fade into the quarterpanel. You have to shorted it of course. Can you imagine what I'm talking about?

They are allot cheaper at Autozone than this place.

Hmmm... You do it first, and I will follow suit if it looks good.
