Today I was able to drive my TR6, top down on a beautiful sunny summer day. It’s taken a few months but the repair is finally complete. I can’t thank you all enough for the guidance, creativity and patience. Drove for a few hours and the temperature held and no leaks appeared. Can’t seem to get the dashboard control wire to shut the valve completely but mostly off seems fine and fully on will be available in the winter, so, I’m ready to call my first major (minor?) repair a success.
