I sold my sons aircraft after he died. The buyer paid for an annual inspection and all costs incurred by him to get it ready to fly it to California. We only paid for the ad on Barnstormers. Because the buyer had to finance the aircraft, a tremendous amount of paper work passed between him and us to the financial institution. If he is buying it from a dealer, they take care of all of that. As Don said, an inspection is mandatory, otherwise it's a fools errand! PJ
