Tesla's are a reasonably common car to see around here. Today however just on the outskirts of Toronto, on the 401 I spotted a Tesla with Arizona tags. Obviously it is possible to drive a Tesla from Arizona to Toronto, just didn't think it was practical. Kind of interesting to see.
 
Depends on where the charge stations are and how long you have to wait on a charge. Bus might be quicker, especially waiting for charging every couple hundred miles.
