She was a talented comedic actress. Just watched her in an episode of Star Trek the other night.

 
Sad news. I am very sad to hear that she suffered with MS. My dad and my granddad both had MS; it is an insidious disease that doesn't directly kill you but its complications will.

Annette Funicello suffered with MS as well. She was wheelchair bound in her later years and depended totally on her (amazing) husband for everything.
 
When you are gone, being fondly remembered must count for something.
