Temperature sender fitting at radiator on BN1

I must remove the temperature gauge and sender from my BN1 for repair. I would like to cap off the radiator fitting so that I can run the car in the interim.
Does anyone have an idea what is the thread at the radiator aperture or a suggestion as to how I can go about doing this?

The six cylinder radiator has an opening on the bottom of the tank at the front, used for the gauge on the earlier cars, and then capped when the sender went to the block. The cap and washer is shown in the Moss catalog, but is not available. If someone has a spare six cyl. radiator, you can probably borrow that stuff. My guess for actual threading would be in a British Parallel Pipe Thread.

My suggestions:
--Remove sender; Search Google for 'british pipe thread dimensions' or similar; go to "Images" and find a chart you can use to measure and determine the size and thread pitch of the sender.
--PegasusAutoRacing.com has a lot of BSPP fittings; otherwise search Google for "british pipe fittings". There are numerous suppliers. Pegasus might help you over the phone if you had the exact dimensions.

Another possibility would be to call Healey Surgeons and British Car Specialists and see if they have that plug or a dead sender you could buy.

I have sourced one--thanks folks.
