I was chatting with Mark at a party at his house last weekend, and he was extremely annoyed at his ISP and their utter failure to provide any support whatsoever. He mentioned being on hold for 6 hours, just to be able to leave a voicemail message. That was not returned.
I was glad to get his email saying that he was getting some of it working again.

Thanks. I guess I have a problem. I'll re-subscribe using another email address and see what happens. I've been a subscriber for 7 or 8 years and have been suffering serious withdrawal symptoms.
