My Wife and I just got back from a road trip to Alaska. We haven't seen Mom for 7 weeks.
She is starting to get in ill health (cancer).
We are a 70 mile drive to San Jose to visit. The miles are nothing, but the traffic is a killer.
Mom wanted to get desert from Denny's. So at 88 1/2 years we took a ride off to Denny's.
She really enjoyed the ride. Now to get her in the TR3 for a ride!

Mom's only come around once do all you can, dad's to.

Definitely take her for a ride in the TR. When I got my dads TR3 running again after many years of sitting, I took my mom for a ride around the lake where she lived. She was smiling all the way! Do it while you have the chance. You'll be glad you did.

This is the photo that should have been with the earlier post

Great shot Dan, my help Marv decide if he wants to stripe his car or not.

That's Great!........,
reminds me how much I miss my Mom & Dad.
( they both helped me with my first 3A, back in '72, but neither one would EVER go for a ride;( consider the driver))
re: dessert: Mom loved warm apple pie w/ sharp cheddar melted on top, Dad always went for bourbon bread pudding!

Thx again
