Tachometer Repair

Hello Everyone -

I need some assistance diagnosing a bad tachometer. Everything was working correctly until I reattached the starter coil cable, which I was repainting. All of the other gauges are fine.

Where should I start troubleshooting? As always, thanks for the assistance.

Best regards,
Barry

Barry--

I assume you must have an electric tach--is it possible you disturbed the wire that runs from the distributor to the tach?
